The science isn’t in yet, but my personal experience tells me that heterosexual parents can really f**k you up. I find it difficult to believe same sex parents can do any worse than straight parents have already done.

Scalia doesn’t have time to answer. He’s off to another Republican fund raiser along with Alito.

I guess Scalia has never watched “The Bachelor”, which could be renamed “Breeders Behaving Badly”.

_ “Many Americans do not want persons who openly engage in homosexual conduct as partners in their business, as scoutmasters for their children, as teachers in their children’s schools, or as boarders in their home,” he wrote._Replace “homosexual” with “Catholic” & let’s see how the Justice rules. It was only 50 years ago that many felt we were not ready for a Catholic President.

Haha! Scalia really is a beast. Most entertaining evil politician since Derp Cheney.

“But homosexuality is NOT natural/normal..”That your opinion as someone who1) is not a homosexual2) has spent no time studying genetics, the brain, or how they affect human behavior

I distinctly remember trying to choose when I was a teenager: it took me months. Let’s see, women are soft and friendlier, but men are tougher and less easily distracted by details. Hmm, which to choose, which to choose…..

I’ll tell you, the idea of choosing between easily fitting into today’s “Judeo-Christian society’s values” and between being an outcast who is legally discriminated against was really, really difficult.

I have some friends who still can’t decide, after years of examination.

So, there is no doubt that homosexuality is a choice, and those who choose to be different had better expect consequences designed by their betters.

I don’t see why this issue is so complicated.

stated that “But a religion is natural/normalsame with skin color”

Most people in a religion are born into that religion and therefore it is “natural”? I see. :-|…like skin colour?Boggles the mind. :-|

And… Adrian Snare continued with: “But homosexuality is NOT natural/normal..”

“There are numerous evolutionary mechanisms that might explain homosexual behaviour, which is common in many species of animals”

Well, I am certainly confused by your statements. Perhaps you can elaborate why “religion” is natural? I’m guessing you don’t mean any ol’ organised religion, but perhaps religiosity?

Being smart is not normal, either, but so far it’s not illegal for smart people to get married.

One of the very best reasons NOT to elect a republican president is the caliber of SCOTUS justices they appoint. Scalia and Thomas are a disgrace to America. An absolute disgrace.

Well, I was looking up Bruce Tinsley by typing his name in the space and hitting Search. 2006 was the year he got his DUI.I spotted an article that said The Top 10 Conservative Idiots of 2006.Besides Tinsley, the name Jim Rutz was on the list.Rutz says that soy is bad for you. He says soy will turn our kids into homosexuals. Trouble is, he doesn’t say where he got that information, it looks like he made it up.If you want to see how little has changed since 2006, here is the article.http://journals.democraticunderground.com/top10/272

I’m at the end of my life and I can’t go back and change the things I should have done when I was 10, or 20 or 30.My opinion is that the worst thing going on now is genetic modification.I know what the main ingredient in Thuricide is, it is a bacteria that you spray on your oaks (or others) and the caterpillars eat the oak leaves and die.So scientists took a gene from the bacteria and put it in corn. Now whenever you eat anything made with corn you get a little bit of this bacteria that kills caterpillars.Maybe having insecticide in a cat’s bloodstream to kill fleas is a good idea, but I am not a cat.

“The big end, of course…and 2 minutes, not 3 minutes, and toast, not bread.”The big end? Really?? You’re a sick and twisted unnatural and ungodly heathen if you don’t start with the small end! People like you should be banned from marriage! So help me, if I find out you’re sprinkling salt on that egg before eating it, there’s going to be a public stoning!
