That’s why I use a cordless phone.
That usually works, although occasionally when I try it, the automated service locks up or worse, hangs up.
Just press 0. You usually get a real person. Companies should get rid of their automated systems and go back to company phone operators who can transfer your call a lot quicker than the automated system.
