I have driven in France, Germany, Kenya and the UK and the traffic is pretty bad in all of these places for various reasons.
However this looks like traffic on I-495 around Washington, DC nearly any time of the day. It is only slightly better at night. Constant repair crews, crazy drivers and road rage at your service.
A guy shot my car on the same beltway because of my bumper sticker after he cursed me for it. Just missed my head. This is at 845AM on a workday.
Forty years ago I might have shot back but the old Sarge is now too old for all of that.
