The one where the taxpayer gives away literally hundreds of billions of dollars (more than ten times the amount given to individuals) to the major corporations in the mistaken hope that they will hire more workers? Yeah, where is that hole?
No one said it had to go straight through. It does indeed go to Baghdad with a spur to Afghanistan with leaks to military contractors all over the world.
