I think the fact that factory jobs that paid low skilled workers a decent wage have been replaced by service jobs that pay low skilled workers a pittance has more to do with the “disintegration of the Black family” than any liberal politician.And let’s face it,this really isn’t just a “Black” issue. There are plenty of former factory towns plagued by the disintegration of White families.
