One thing I liked about Tatulli’s last year and a half of Heart (after she got aged up to middle school age) was that the new older Heart was actually pretty chill, nice, and likable compared to the younger Heart. It bothers me how mean Heart gets in some of these older strips (usually not nearly as bad as the mean-spiritedness you see in shows like iCarly though).
