My stint as hall monitor was so stressful. Being in charge isn't easy. Nobody listens. Nobody follows directions, and nobody does what I asked them to do. But why am I telling you this? You couldn't possibly understand. Not in a million years.

no just bending down to speak to the child on their level, if adults would sit down or get down on a childs level the child might pay more attention. Of course then there are the children that went from 3ft. 11in. to 6ft 4in almost overnight and now they have to get down on your level to talk to them. lol (all of my children are taller then me but I am still the MOM)

I told my taller son if he didn’t stop I was going to spankihim His friend said you are a lot bigger than her. My son said I would have to let her if she really wanted too.
