    Actually, I believe what Ima meant was most brackets are void after the first round, unless your goal was only to pick the winner of the whole tournament. You would have to guess the outcome of all 32 games correctly for the bracket to survive the first round. In a few offices I’ve worked in, the prize had to be awarded to the bracket that chose the most wins, since none of us chose the winning team. I don’t follow college sports, so mine is always pretty random. I always pick Gonzaga to win it all just because it’s fun to say.

    It gets worse. As Stephen Wright points out: Half the people you know are below average.
