I’ve actually seen a cyclops. Not kidding.It’s a congenital condition where only one eye develops. It’s incompatible with life, so all cyclops are stillborn. The one I saw was in a jar of preservative fluid in an anatomy museum back in medical college.
There is a picture on the wall that looks “like a one-eyed cat peekin’ in a seafood store”. (That’s a Bill Haley and the Comets / “Shake, Rattle, and Roll” reference for all you youngsters out there.)
