Andy’s always bet on the wrong end of the horse. I don’t think donkey is the correct word.

Johnny and They; remember them? Were out Edgar’s night? Come on; only you could do that. With Floyd Radford 1970 . Sound like the MC5 doing a mid-Stones song. God save Blind Lemon, Johnny B and the b-b-Blues

Unlike like lottery scratch-off players, who boast about their winning $20 ticket, but fail to mention that they spent $50 to win !

I was about to respond, last night, to Monday’s comment from you. Well, typical of my household these days there was another fire to put out. So, I will try to get it out this morning.

Yes, I am LDS. I don’t try to push it here as this is not the place. Should someone ask I would answer to the best of my humble ability. And nothing you can say or do on here can shock me much because I was a Marine in Vietnam and since then, I have been to three county fairs, two goat ropings and a head skinnin’.

My friend Dan, seems to have his head on his shoulders.I know he has seen things noone wants to remember but he seems to be pretty squared away. He graduated from BYU-Idaho last year and he still is in the reserves. He hasn’t found the right girl yet. I worry about that. Good Mormons have a houseful of rugrats and yard apes.

Daughter is moving this weekend so the grands will be back at home with her at night and I will be able to go back to my regular routine. I can’t wait. I love the girls with all my heart but I’m not used to having all that drama. Plus, I’ll be able to call someone anytime I want to. That is if my phones survive.

I have been working with my new call phone. I have been introduced to Pandora. I can hook in to Pandora and put on my earbuds and listen to anything.

Anyway, I’ll try to check in later. You and everyone else have a fine day.

As an informed Gambler, Andy always has words of advice . . .sometimes, those words are a little, er, choice. Some of his Bets end up “prime’ or choice” but most go straight to"Dogfood"

No, not really. Our church actually had a battalion in the Mexican – American war. And we have had many who have served honorably in all the wars since. Although, I think they tried to stay out of the American Civil War.

Head skinnin’ definition by usage: I used to love going to a good head skinnin’ ‘til it was my turn to furnish the head. Not at all racial unless you happen to be of another race and furnish the head. I have furnished the head more than once. Hope I don’t again, ever. Takes too long to heal.

I really like my Pandora. I use it to settle in at night before I go to sleep. I’ve been listening to classical guitar of late. Speaking of classical, I was listening to the local classical station at the girls bus stop this morning. Had some kat with a recorder, think fith grade, that was tearing it up on some 17th century piece. Amazing. Even the oldest granddaughter took her earbuds out for a listen. Makes me feel good to divert them away from Lady Gaga and Justin Beaver(misspelling intended).

Gweedo Murray said, 1 day ago

Wishing you the best when your doc visit comes up.It runs okay. Another day of snow melt and the radio claimed up to 70 F by the weekend. Good day to you too.

Glad to hear that. It was snowing on and off yesterday. No more than a few minutes. I’m surprised I haven’t been constantly sneezing all over the place as it’s been freezing and I don’t normally wrap up that warm when I’m out.

I make up for that when I get in the house though.

    Is your day going OK?

This was written in 1922 for “young people” [read: Women] but the principles are the same. POOR ol’ M goatcomics is in sore need of . . only an abridged version would do. Down to One Page. Heck; the Fly Sheet or cover should be redundant.

Some Alberts, a Howland or Two [probably a diff’rent number], Some “Churchys” [huh?], Tadpoles . . .a “Beau” passes thru and leaves a Mark. . . . Wimin Characters . . .but only one Porky. See who i think defines “wistful”. Good Guy, regardless [even if He doesn’t like the Band][?]. Where Have All The Good Time Gone?guessing is free; so’s sharing.
