It’s a rare cat that does any work. I once had a cat that did. A big yellow tom that kept the barn free of mice. Lived in the hayloft, never came near the house except at night to visit momma cat.
Color finally returned to my copy of this comic.
There’s an animal rescue group called “cat welfare”. Actually, all cats are on welfare!
