I still want to avoid taking any; that’s why I let my new doctor decide on such an extreme diet for me to follow for a year. I am taking huge amouts (but of supplements, NOT poisonous meds). Now that my lover and I are back together in our mid 70s, there is no reason not to hope for another 20-30 years ;-D

My Mother has Lupis and she takes 20 meds a day to stay alive. Not counting a heart condition and a spinal injury.
