rather have “music” on hold than ads for the company!
Sounds about right for what passes as music today.
I hate the ones that give you about 10 seconds of music followed by “your call is important to us. Please continue to hold and someone will be with you as soon as possible.” Followed by the SAME 10 sec of music, message, music, etc….
