I don’t know… sometimes, at that age, an iron in some kid’s hands? Especially Luann? She’d be liable to walk off, leaving it down on the blouse and turning away or walking away for what would be in her mind, “a moment”…. Her blouse would have a “stylish” new brownish black pattern… and give new meaning to “iron-on”…. or the ironing board cover would have a new convenient “extra space”…-—Of course, some kid’s areas of self sufficiency are more developed earlier, some are over the course of time….
