A highway patrol car sped passed us as we saw a sign on the freeway that said “Highway Patrol Zero Tolerance Zone”. I guess he didn’t read that. (I took it as zero tolerance for Highway Patrol. It’s all in the interpretation.)
When the speed limit sign says, 45mph, that means minimum speed.
