This is the “old” Laura, before they toned down her sarcasm a few years ago. Probably did a focus group (or read the GoComics comments) and learned that most people considered her to be a bit of a b****. She’s been a lot nicer to Adam since then. At least that’s my take on the strip. I’m curious if anyone else noticed Laura’s evolution.

It looks like she may have hit on a sensitive spot for him. She may make more money than he does and a lot of men can’t handle that, they think it’s a threat to their manhood.

Doesn’t Adam write some kind of blog ? I think he gives advice to men that work from home and take care of the kids. Nothing wrong with role reversile and is getting quite common.

Adam works from home, and provides the daytime child care among other homemaking duties. -Would you make such derogatory remarks about a “stay-at-home mom”?
