    No one else is bothered by the drawing of this guy? What the heck is up with his legs? What is he trying to do … or what is happening to him? Is that a giant tube or something?

    i talked to a pitney bowes mail support center representative this morning……he said " thank you very much for waiting,,, …my elephant slept in this morning and i was late for work "….

    I had that issue when I needed warranty service on a plantronics Bluetooth head set. Very tiny S/N printed in black on a black surface. It took a magnifying glass,a flashlight, and moving it back and forth to catch the contrast between the ink and the surface. The replacement they sent had the S/N almost twice the size and in white ink. I guess I wasn’t the only one to have problems reading the S/N. That said their warranty service was quite quick and easy.
