I’ve been unfortunate enough to commute for two months between Tracadie-Sheila early in the morning. Roughly 70 kilometers mostly in the woods…at seven, before they had time to clear the roadkills…

    …it wasn’t pretty.

The republican is serving the USA the meal, but there’s a democrat in the kitchen who prepared the meal. I’m so sorry that Mr. Obama, Mr. Boehnor, Ms. Pelosi, Mr. Reid, and Mr. McConnall couldn’t have ordered a healthier and more palatable meal for their constituents. Respectfully,C.

Some states let you keep roadkill, some give it to local food banks. If I hit a deer with my car, that venison is replacing my meat budget I’ll have to spend on car repairs, and as paybacks for the airbag that punches me in the face. The raccoons, possums, armadillos, and skunks are allllllll yours. :D I’m a giver.Vengefully,C.

Yet O refused the Republican offer to add flexibility to the cuts. He wants maximum pain to the people for daring to cut the increasing debt.

You mean it’s forbidden elsewhere? I would have thought the default is that if it’s road kill, tuck in! [unless you run over them on purpose and it means you might have hunted the animal out of season or something] When it’s the pheasant season, I often see many bodies lying by the road side. Been tempted but I haven’t plucked a bird in years and don’t relish the idea of doing it again.
