Barack Obama: Worldwide delivery, seven days a week. No cutbacks for us! Neither snow nor rain nor U.S. citizenship stays these couriers from the swift completion of their targeted killings
Think about it, we don’t need to waste all that money on drones in the middle east, we can bring them all back here and use them on the border. Drones being able to wipe out massive amounts of people remotely without the INS guys even having to be involved! Take those fences down, we can just create a wide open killing field. 1984, Atlas Shrugged come true! What a marvel of technology and testament to mans creativity that would be!!!
Alameda County Sheriff’s Office here in California wants to use drones as part of their routine Law Enforcement, not only spying on speeders on I-580 between Dublin Canyon and Altamont Pass, but also in the hills along Altamont Pass, Patterson Pass and even along Mines Road between Livermore and Mt. Hamilton, where drug dealers and pot growers, some with cartel connections, have been doing their deeds in the hills.
Besides being a civil liberties nightmare for the rest of us, these drones could also put human LEO’s out of work, too, especially if all they need to do for any supposed traffic infraction (like they do with red-light camera tickets) is mail the ticket and the photos to the registered owner of the vehicle believed to be in violation.
When I moved about 30 miles in 2011, my neice helped me pack the kitchen stuff. She packed the kitchen drain plug.I looked into how much it would cost to send it to the people who bought my house.USPS was by far the cheapest, at about $6.45.It turns out that depending on the weight of what you are sending, the other services may be cheaper.About 2 pounds is where the rates are more equal. It aso depends on where you are shipping to.Anyway a letter sent FedEX might be $5.Your congressman’s buddies would like that.
See my comment on Steve Benson, plus, a “Hellfire” missile was originally designed to be launched from Helicopters, like Apache, and cost $68,000 per copy, originally also intended as an anti-TANK weapon, not an anti-personnel weapon.
^The XB-47 has been “under development” for long time, as have several HUNDRED fixed and rotary wing designs from companies around the world. This drive to bring “remote sensing” to the senseless pursuit of war isn’t new. It isn’t “Terminator” yet, but they ARE working on making these drones into autonomous robots, making their own decisions, and yet the SAME PEOPLE paying for it, or doing it, are concerned about a president, Secretary of Defense, or CIA chief making the decision???

Looks like that one drone fired a missile a little too soon? Or, did it?? Mr. O. will never tell.
