    What about just informing the boss, doing your best, and leaving him with the consequences instead of taking it on yourself? These people continue to be blind partially because they are continually enabled.

    I worked for a company that insisted on this type of action, which was no problem for most of us. But someone called the Dept. of Labor which came in and interviewed all of us, made a ruling which the company had to adhere to. .The result was a change in company rules which we (management and employees) did not want.

    At first, when Baldo said that, I couldn’t see what the problem was, because there are three hours from 11 to 2. Then I understood that people on the USA have lunch earlier than in Spain. Here isn’t unusual to have lunch at 2.
