PHANTOM (Past): With Timbuktu in the news, I am reminded of the Eric Sahara story…does anyone recall how that ended…what happened to lone-wolf terrorist Sahara aka “Nomad”? One of the panels of that storyline showed that Sahara’s palatial desert home was somewhere near the fabled city of Timbuktu. MARY WORTH: One of the posters at jsonline refers to the waterfall effect as a bridal train – another says she always wanted long hair like that too. MARK TRAIL: Many endangered West Indian manatees migrate to Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades in the winter months to take advantage of the warm water in the port-based Florida Power & Light (FPL) discharge canal. A3G – The artist does a much better job portraying a man having a heart attack than during the week. Maybe he read our comments.Mary Worth – It’s hard to tell what anything is supposed to be when it’s all pink. I can’t wait to see how lame the other cakes are.Rex – Delores has gotten some good advice from both June and Rex. I hope it helps.Funky – I don’t get any of the backflash, and Fred would be the only one that could have this backflash. I think the young man is smiling because of the prospect of a scholarship and(Fred, a teacher?) just told him he was kidding.
@Florchi: As to the past Phantom, as I remember it, the Nomad had stolen a plane and made it home but crashed in landing it. It never was said that he had died or not. That leaves it open to come back and do battle with P again.
Mary Worth: I hope it doesn’t take a week to do the judging.
