I would assume that “??” means “I don’t understand and would like further enlightenment.” One should be able to say that without fear of being taken to the woodshed.

Now, now. I’ve found throughout life that the more I learn, the more there is to know. Then I learn. Just because someone doesn’t know certain facts that you do, don’t put them down – enlighten them, gently. A question mark is better than denying their ignorance and plowing on regardless.

I totally forgot that there was a band named Oasis.

I’m still pretty new here, but it makes me proud to see ya’ll standin’ up for this intelligent, fun and rare group.

I don’t always get the comic and need to look things up, I am not a know it and thus have meet such interesting people by asking questions. You should give it a try.

I’m a 75 yo great grandmother. I was looking at this comic everyday and never understanding the meaning. Thank you all for letting me know that I am not really dense and too old to read the comics.

Oh no! It’s been hours since I looked at Brevity this morning and I still have Wonderwalllll stuck in my head! I couldn’t remember the song, but my husband who knows everything musical sang it to me, big mistake!

As an Oasis fan, I understood this right away. The “Smug Guy Lording It Over You” show will be right back…
