They’ve realized they are not appealing to the American people. Their answer? Cheat for the seats. Appalling.

The usual crazies chear them on and they hear those cheers as deafening roars of approval. But as anyone from Virginia will tell you, there are two parts of Virginia: suburban DC and Mississippi. It’s the goal of Mississippi to disenfranchise the professionals, thinkers and progressives in DC metro.

Carry me back to ol’ Virginny because that’s where my mother is, raising more slave siblings to be sold South to Mississippi.

Voter fraud defined, the GOP in Virginia demonstrates that the individual voter comes second to the wants of the party.

Bell, CA has NOTHING to do with the electoral college, gerrymandering or Presidential politics. This discussion is obviously over your head.

Republicans in Virginia and a few other swing states are playing on a slippery slope. Their strategy of dividing their electoral votes can morph into the end of the electoral college, and the popular vote determining the President.*Given the way US demographics are changing, that should be the LAST thing the Republicans want. (I doubt there are any chess players in their strategy discussions, as they don’t seem to be able to think 2 moves ahead.)

They’re all a bunch of cheaters! The Dems, here in MD, recently redistricted the state to give themselves morepro-Dem districts before the elections. Now, the GOP wants to pull a similar stunt in VA. Honestly, what’s the difference?

This is so typical of GOP behavior. No honor. No integrity. No dignity. When they can’t win at the ballot box, they act like teenagers whose parents are out of town. A disgrace. How can ANYONE stoop so low?

The real problem with the GOP is that they not only need a new face, they need a new message. The old standbys of tax cuts and small government just don’t work anymore. The folks who vote today tend to be smarter; they want real answers, and they want the numbers to add up. The Republican Party had neither in 2012, which was why they lost.

Here’s a nice little quote from an intelligent Republican:/Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has a blunt message for the GOP: “Stop being the stupid party.”

The potential 2016 presidential contender gave the keynote speech at a meeting of the Republican National Committee on Thursday, arguing that the party must adjust its message to attract a broader segment of the country.

“We’ve got to stop being the stupid party. It’s time for a new Republican Party that talks like adults,” he said. “We had a number of Republicans damage the brand this year with offensive and bizarre comments. I’m here to say we’ve had enough of that.”/Of course, Todd Akin was an idiot long before he made the comments that doomed his campaign…….
