Yesterday, as I was going up the sidewalk, my neighbor was walking two cute puppies – they looked like these two – one was jumping around so much I started to laugh. The other was just meandering, sniffing around, and looking at its sibling as if it were crazy.

Yes…sometimes it really depends upon which end of the leash one is on.

Hah, this is by Brittany (front) and my Rottweiler (back). And people wonder why I prefer to run them off leash.
