When I got here we owed $10.626T now it’s $16T, not my fault, when I took office gas was $1.86 now’s it’s $3.86, when I got here in ‘09 there was more drilling on public land and less food stamps users, all Bush 43’s fault, don’t look at me I spent $800 B to keep my union backers in states jobs working. I gave GM and Chrysler $50B for the UAW jobs, and what happened? GM is building Caddys in China and Jeep is too, It’s Bush’s fault.
Davies is right..But the zeitgeist is showing that the GOP has been broken and you can’t reconcile with a broken party. Now the president needs to do the hard work of governing in the absence of reasonable and useful opposition.
The economy has been going up ever since Obama passed his stimulus. Not as fast as it should be, but not as slow as if the GOP had gotten their way. I don’t get the cartoon.
