Trans fat is pretty scary actually! I know it can be tasty, but if you want something really tasty, make it yourself with butter, which isn’t as bad as people think it is.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Monday! I smashed my big toe twice this weekend. It hurt so bad that I thought it was broken (and the big toe is the only one they say to be concerned about if it’s broken). Fortunately it isn’t broken, but it is really swollen, hurts a ton and the toenail is blueish. At least it didn’t fall off… Sorry if anyone is eating while reading this. I hope you all had a good (and less painful) day!

I will miss the clan over the next week and a half. It is conference time again in Phoenix and once again we are joining a few others after the conference for a decompress in Sedona. Hope everyone has a good two weeks (and lightenup does not hit her toe again).
Agree with hendelca…lightenup OUCH! Glad your toe isn’t broken, but I know how painful it can be. I have one that wakes me up about 3 nights/week because of something going on with a bunion. May be facing bunion surgery if it doesn’t stop soon.
