Hello Cathy Friends and Happy Friday! I’m off from my job today, I have a big 30+ page paper to finish by Monday so I’ll check in late Monday or on Tuesday. It’s not as bad as it sounds, we did it in sections all semester, the professor graded the drafts, we just have to revise it and put it all together with a combined bibliography. I’ll also take a break tomorrow to celebrate my sister’s birthday with her. Have a great weekend!
Without Social Security and a pension and presuming they are in their early thirties and computing real inflation, they would need trillions to retire!
Knowing these two, they would have $2.5 million worth of stuff laying around, claiming that’s exactly what the accountant told them. LOL!!
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! I hope you all had a good week! Good luck with your paper, QuietStorm, although it looks like you’ve got it under control. I’m sure you’ll be happy to have that done!
By my quick seat-of-the-pants calcuation, 2.5 million should yield an annuity of $13,889 per month, if they are both 65 at retirement. Number will be different if they were not born the same day.

I’ll get right on that!

NOBODY needs millions of dollars to retire. Cathy’s accountant fits in perfectly with the general lunacy of her friends and acquaintances.

Would 2.5 million [eye-rolls] work instead? If so, we have you covered here in “Cathy’s Corner” …
HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
