Cathy: I want the insides of my closets to be beautiful, but I can't decide if I'm the polka dot type, the wood grain type or the pastel paisley type. Saleswoman: What does the rest of your home reflect? Cathy: The rest of my home reflects that I'm the "fling-it-in-the-closet-and-shut-the-door-before-it-all-dumps-out-on-the-floor" type. Saleswoman: Ah. The moot point type. Cathy: The willing to believe type! Assistant: Go with the florals. They'll be easier to find in the rubble.

Given some of the ugly clothes I’ve seen Cathy trying on in the store (and perhaps even bought), it’s highly doubtful that organization boxes of ANY pattern or color will make things easier to find in her closet because they just blend in with all the REST of “the rubble” too!!!!! ;-)
Hi, rgcviper!
Happy Tuesday, fellow “Cathy” fans! Hope you all have a really great day!!!

For Cathy, hope springs eternal. Gotta love her. And it’s fun to see our all-purpose sales lady selling storage containers today, Evidently all sales ladies must have a pencil jabbed into their hair.Good afternoon to the Clan.

The boxes do help somewhat — especially if (as in my case) the closet shelves are too high to reach. You just reach up and knock the bin to the floor, then you can get what you need.

OK. This strip—and specifically, the words and Cathy’s face in panel 3—combine into the first comic here in memory that’s made me laugh out loud. Good one.
HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan (a day late).
