Luann is learning: How to magically switch to sitting on the other side of Tiff for one.

Don’t know why Luann even discusses Quill with Ms. Airhead. If Luann is secure in her relationship and if Quill is sincere in his feelings for her she has nothing to worry about.

As for Tiffany she assumes a lot. She would rather spend time with Quill in person that is assuming he would want to spend time with her at all.

Someone recently called Tiffany a troll. Good call. Very troll like behaviour. Wasn’t there someone who worshipped her as the nicest character in this strip? Must have been another troll.

Mr. Fogarty allows Tiffany to look at a mirror while everybody else is looking at a book?

Not only that, the two small desks became one large one. To pull off that feat, one of them has to be a witch.^^Or rhyme with one…

And another point Tiff, can swim to Australia?

Tiff does have a pretty good pair of “floatation devices”. ^^Yes, but, does a bra filled with Kleenex ACTUALLY float?

What Tiff doesn’t realize is that Quill and Luann spend more time together doing that. I always facetime or skype when my dad is on a business trip, and that never gets old. Screw you, Tiffany, you don’t know what’s REALLY going between them.

Did it ever occur to anyone that this may be a DIFFERENT class? They probably switched classes by this point and continued their little spat in their next class, Teenagers do have a tendency to keep talking about the same thing(s) over and over again. Lol.

I do have to say though this Skype thing is kind of boring. Would be nice to see Quill surprise Luann in person- but then again it is pretty expensive to travel from Australia to the US as well!

Not necessarily. Luann’s a little too self-absorbed for any guy with a sense of self to want to settle down with. There’s little difference between her and Tiffany in that regard beyond the style in which it manifests itself. She’s one of the most immature people in this strip. Even Ox is more grounded.

Which one weighs the same as a duck?

Interesting. I only recall sitting a big table for science classes. Perhaps Luann and Tiff are eternal lab partners because no one else wants to work with either of them.

Forget the desks, the two scenes might be in two different class rooms..Foggarty is not the only teacher, though we seldom see any other..

Tiffany is actually quite smart— in some areas. Clueless in everything else. But here, her goal is to make Luann jealous, just as she (Tiff) has been jealous of Luann’s new love.*Who pays? Poor, poor Quill. Or maybe he will figure it out, as he’s done before. But Luann certainly isn’t pretty when she’s p.o.’d!

Contest time. Here they are, side by side for three days now. Vote on who looks the best. I go with Luann. She barely squeezes past Tiff, If she had a regular nose instead of the pig snout when see straight on, she would be miles ahead^^To me , Tiff is the Ginger to Luann’s Mary-ann; the Veronica to the Betty; over-made, glamour girl to the girl next door (If a guy is lucky) … I always prefer the girl next door!

Geesh, back in the dark ages, we had assinged seats and had to sit in the same desk everyday.

You know, it’s just occurred to me that, boyfriend or not, Luann will never be happy as long as she keeps interacting with Tiffany and trying to one-up her—and reacting back in response to her barbs.

I think TIffany really just does not get (or refuses to get) that Quill prefers Luann to her. She’s so convinced she’s the hottest babe on the planet that she cannot imagine that a guy would prefer any other woman to her, most especially Luann. Of course, Luann would do herself a favor by keeping her mouth shut and not rubbing the relationship in Tiffany’s face, but that isn’t going to happen.

Luanne, bickering back and forth is like nucleur war. The only way to win is not to play.

I’ve only just got to the part with Diane. She is possibly more unpleasant than Tiffany.

Difficult to read this strip when Tiffany has activated “full-on douchebag mode.” I keep hoping she’ll go down in flames and never be seen again, but every good story needs a villain I suppose.

I keep hoping that once in a while Tiffany will soften. It continues to amuse me when I’m disappointed.

Looks like Tiffany is grooming her eyebrows on top of her hair in panel 2.

MJ-Wow I’ve never reallized that one in all this time—-I guess it gives Phelps the means to justify standing over the girls and oggle like he did for WSS. : P^^Donny, “Phelps” is a woman, that is Mr. Fogarty

Quill found Tiffany utterly resistible when he had no girlfriend. I don’t think he’s more likely to give in to her now.
