Oh Jane. You’d think with today’s technology they could’ve been taping his proposal for posperity. But she wouldn’t have been prepared since she wasn’t expecting it and he thought it was a lame proposal. Maybe in some ways it was but it came out beautifully. As for Jane’s mom, she needs to do two things. First stop being such a sour pickle and two, touch up her dye job.
Again, Jane’s mother is not looking forward to having to examine her own life and short comings as a mother. As long as jane was living there, she could focus on “helping” Jane with her superior attitude and not address where she needed help on her relationships.
