    Aww. So sweet! Creepy Little Girl has a soft side! She’ll be a friend to Travis and at the same time can use him as a way of getting closer to Leopold. Go, Beatrice, be happy, and also Travis in your little red wagon!

    Beatrice clearly has changed the most of any of the characters in the strip. If you look back to her first appearances as the otherwise nameless Creepy Little Girl Next Door, she looked entirely different, In fact, she truly was creepy! A spook standing in the yard, with hair blowing in an unseen wind, in a prim Victorian outfit, and staring with shadowed eyes. But she did grow to be a more flexible character.
