My comments often disappear for several seconds… occasionally much longer…. before popping up.
But the duplication MAY not be due to ShortStraw’s impatience… all those comments were posted the same minute..I’ve had a few posts come up duplicate…if long ones, just the first paragraph repeats a few times before the rest.

Reminds me of the old days with the slow dentist drills and my fears – I’d brace myself by gripping the chair arms so that my knuckles turned white. And THAT reminds me of the cartoon where the man has two broken chair arms in his hands, as the dentist asks, “Hurt?”
