Where The Wild Things Are
Read to them, Lio, they love this story.
They’re everywhere….everywhere….
Lio must think it’s a documentary…
“Wild thing you make my heart sing You make everything groovy, wild thing…” – The Troggs
…and if the wild things want something scary, turn on C-SPAN.
We got bullied into taking on the metric system and you can still ask for a pound of carrots etc, in shops. Anyway, the old (Imperial) system was originally French.
Problem: can Lio read out loud to them? They sure would enjoy a good semi-scary story!
Why read it when you could have written it?
Are you sure those are wild things under the bed? They look like the eyes from Grandma’s gift jar.
“Let the wild rumpus begin!”
“And now,” cried Max “let the Wild Rumpus start!”
Simply an amazing book. The movie was a terrible disappointment.
That explains why their centimetres are so small.
Memo to Lio.
Stick to the book, don’t bother with the movie
Awwwwww. He’s reading them a bedtime story.
It’s time to read it to them.
they ate Waldo
Somehow I never liked “Where the Wild Things Are” that much, but I loved “Pierre”!
Better be careful, Lio, or Frog Applause will come and take you….
