Yesterday I got an on-line petition (I know, ha ha) to make a Constitutional Convention. They want to make laws regulating congress pensions and their insurance.With all this other stuff going on?But yes, amendments can be amended.
The Bear Arms issue will wind up in the Supreme Court, likely after new vacancies have been filled with new judges.
