I’m seeing a lot of nickels spent at Lucy’s booth.

This is not quite funny or deep yet it is one of the best Peanuts strips I have ever seen.

His remarks about his parents are throwing a spanner in the works of the principal’s guilt trip.

Charlie Brown knows more words than I do! The meaning, not spelling them, apparently.

This is a perfect example of how I can really relate to Charlie Brown.

The parents will be understanding but the so called friends won’t. You need to lose these so called friends Charlie Brown.

Awwwww… I feel so sorry for him. It’ll be emotional Deja Vu for him when he’s a lot older.

I always laugh when they mention that CB’s dad is a barber. CB only has 3 hairs on his head.

Count the number of true friends you have on your hands. If you have one true friend count yourself rich. If you count three you have rooms of treasure. If you count five you are wealthy beyond measure. Do not count Facebook “friends.”

Charlie Brown has some friends: Linus, Schroeder, Pig-Pen, Peppermint Patty, Marcie, and last but not least, Snoopy. Hopefully the little red haired girl will become his ally too.

Yes, his friends. They are all insightful in different ways. Lucy will call him a blockhead and be angry at him for failing, but that just shows she wanted him to succeed. Linus will have the most reasoned and sympathetic response. Funny I don’t remember this sequence.
