My lover says the taste of Gin is definately an acquired taste, but he usually has a Beefeater’s with me (just not as much). He also decided fo eat his meat medium well before I gave up on the ultra RED. I am hoping to only be totally low-fat vegetarian for one year, but THAT will depend on the results. I will be starting all that by next week. I think it would be good to have some kind of medical test(s) for documentation. Otherwise, I will only have blood pressure readings. My average is in the 170-180s but I get over 200/100 especially in the dr’s office. There do not seem to be any studies on Dr Ornish’s ideas in Phoenix right now.
