Sea World’s lawyer called, they want their animal acts back.

Wait, I thought he was killed when Pig’s sea anemone enemy, who had been split in two by Rat and became Annette O’Mead and her sister Ann, tried blowing Pig up with a bomb in Project `Fried Bacon.’ Rat got up in the morning to find Pig Strapped to the bomb. Rat then took the bomb and bakked it into a meatloaf and gave it to a porcupine named Alphonse. But Alphonse hates meatloaf so he gave it to Chuckie the sheep. Chuckie re-gifted the meatloaf to Zebra. Zebra took pity on a poor predator who hadn’t had a meal in weeks. And the last we saw of the Killer Whale he was playing a harp in heaven and saying “Not who you were expecting, was it?” Pastis even said in The Crass Menagire that the Killer Whale hadn’t gotten the reaction he expected and so he killed him off at the end of this series. Only after he was gone did his fans suddenly start telling him how much they loved the character and wanted him back, though it was too late. Haven’t seen the character since then.

Orcas/Killer Whales belong to the same family as Dolphins… so is this considered cannibalism?!?

I really hope the dolphins get to come back as often as those crocs have managed to come back. I just loved those dolphins!

Well, that’s kind of creepy… The Killer Dolphins were eaten in favor over Larry the Croc?That’s just wrong!

The Orca is a dolphin.

I wanna see a series where Larry really does go to Vegas and the rest of the characters go after him to bring him home. Sort of like a demented Oceans 11 or something.

I had predicted that we’d find Larry drinking beer and eating KFC with the dolphins; didn’t see this coming. Of course, this is a much more satisfying answer

Pastis said that the killer whale is a goner in May 13, 2006 (The end strip of the Killer Whale series), when the bomb made by an anemones gone into lots of new owners, and eventually into the killer whale’s hand, and BOOM! He was gone. (See the strip using the date recorder)

Then again, why did Pastis revived the character by saying they “undied”?
