If it is a potential agent of the woman’s death, or her permanent disablement, I call it her great misfortune.
The Supreme Court calls it a fetus until 6 months – NOT a full human, equal to the woman carrying it. Unlike her, it isn’t responsible for other kids, aging parents, etc.,etc., ad nauseam. Have some sympathy for the (might be) mother. It’s a rare woman who aborts “casually”.
If Roe is reversed, prepare for illegal and unsafe abortions, because (like gun murders) no law will stop them.

We used to have those (so I’ve been told). They were called “Beat Cops,” and they knew the people along their beats, and people knew them, and while the system wasn’t perfect I’d say it had a lot to recommend it.
