Lu’s contemplating college in Australia? Don’t know how realistic that is.

And as Luann boards her plane for the land down under, Coming off another flight is Quill for his stay on a student VISA for College in America.

Has it been discussed already? Sorry if so. IMHO I think that we may see an age change for Luann. Sometime this year, she will age a year or two, or will do so progressively over the next couple of years as she prepares and enters college/university.That will mean goodbye to old friends (and dead wood like Tiffany) and new friends will appear. Luann and Quill will be a long term relationship, with Luann at least visiting Australia, where Greg Evans spent a few years.

To be fair, I think Luann has no experience keeping her PRESENT organized.

Look closely. Frank’s nose is bigger than both his thumbs. Nancy has the Pig Snout nose. Poor Luann did not stand much of a chance with what she inherited. She got mom’s pig nose.^^Yup… basically Luann looks exactly like her Mother, minus the lipstick (When Lu wears lipstick, her lips are as large as her Mom’s); the only real difference is Luann’s “Strawberry Blonde” hair, which Luann must have inherited from her Father…. ummm… scratch that last part! :p

luann will go into theater and drama major. if she is really good, maybe julliard. is julliard an overhyped school?

Both parents are turned a bit toward one another.

Lev, BBB? Mr. Evans should develop, rather than cook, Delta. Funny that a then-middle-aged white man would feel comfortable about creating situations for a then-adolescent white girl and her buddies but now feel awkward about creating situations for a teen-aged black girl. My guess is that it’s not about age or race, but that Mr. Evans really wants to use her to touch on social & political issues. He’s afraid that might be divisive.*We’ve got your back, Mr. Evans! Go ahead— bring up controversial issues about school, law, politics. Sure, some narrow-minded people will complain, but you might also be able to expand their views!

I can understand why Elwood wasn’t at the college and career fair….he already HAS a career!

I’d be worried about that folder on the right if I were them. They are smart enough to know that it doesn’t concern itself with a certain 1939 movie.

I see that Greg Evans is now 65 years old. I wonder if the strips about college preparation indicate he is thinking of retiring and ending the stip in the next few years. I can’t imagine the strip surviving a transition to college. If it does, it would be a radically different strip.

Personally, I hope he isn’t retiring

PLEASE tell me she’s not going to go to college where Quill is. Why is it that women always follow men around? Why can’t Quill follow her around and have her prioritize her career choice NOT according to where some man is?
