I think the Finnish-to-English translator meant to write “Skint” (sp?) as in London (Cockney?) slang for “broke.” I only know that from listening to Lonnie Donergan’s rousing rendition of “My Old Man’s a Dustman,” filled with British dance hall music and old jokes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sleSYZy-2GI
