It takes money to learn how to be like a land grant university, takes tuition, sells expensive books, charge for lab work, pay no property tax, sells state supported bonds for more money to taxpayers. When you graduate you will know how to make a buck too.
In FL our never held office before Gov decided that we should have a new university (the 11th) and I bet the homeless living under the overpasses are thrilled.

Soon, they’ll all be huge campuses, with many large buildings, with no one in them but professors and administrators.
