Say on day 1, it’s a partridge, day 2 a partridge and a 2 turtle dove, day 3 a partridge, two doves and 3 hens… she’ll really have to return: 12 drummers, 22 pipers, 30 lords, 36 ladies, 40 maids, 42 swans, 42 geese, 40 rings, 36 calling birds, 30 french hens, 22 turtle doves, 12 partridges (I was trying to see if there was a number pattern – I’m bored)

Perkycat: They were from her “true love” (sweetheart), so there are probably strings attached.

There is actually a song called “The 12 Days AFTER Christmas” that deals with exactly this. It’s very funny.

So is she looking for a refund for a single set of just 78 items totaling $25,431.18 or the complete 364 gift set given over the course of the song with a price tag of $107,300.24 (values according to PNC Wealth Management)?
