Red, want to earn some money? Sure! Here, I'll pay you a dollar to untangle these Christmas lights. Wowsers. Last year dad paid me to take the lights off the tree. Then this must be your lucky time of year. Luck has nothing to do with it- I'm the one who put them away all tangled up.

One dollar when five cents would get you a 6.5 ounce Coke (9 cents for 12 ounces). A dollar went a long way. I just got a reminder in how things have changed, no cent mark key.
