I believe I am one who you refer to regarding “assaulting believers” on this site. I hope I am not, but I have been known to be misinterpreted, or have stated things so clumsily as to say what I did not want to.
I don’t have any problems with people who live their faith. I do have problems with people who want me to live their faith, and it seems more people want to do the latter than the former. Having been born into a Jewish family means that Jesus freaks see me as a way to get into the Extra Special place in heaven if they could only get me to believe what they do, so they are often extra energized. This is tiring, and sometimes I repsond inappropriately. I understand and respect your wishes, and hope that I have not offended you.
