Re yesterday (tiling): tile saw, nippers, tile cutter. The saw is manual, rather tedious and needs replacing too often. Nearly finished now so will make do. Then I have to remount the extractor hood , grout and have a nap.

Ginger Baker was the drummer for Cream. Looks like his real name to me. Don’t make sudden moves like standing up in a hurry as the stress just prolongs the suffering. Hugs for ((((( Linda ))))) and extra big Hugs for ((((( Number Three ! )))))
Get well soon !
Thank you for the awesome link! The movie poster and the handprints were quite cool.
Good morning, Cappers. I’m baaack. I’ve been out of touch for a while, but I’m here to bore you again. As for 12-12-12, the importance of the date to me is that I was born on this day in 1943, which makes me 69. As the old joke goes, if I’d known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself. Actually, considering the way I’ve lived, I’m in pretty good nick. Since the folks who parse Mayan philosophy say we only have 9 more days, I guess I’ll make it to the end. My last drink will be a toast to Andy.
So true – kind of depressing. It will never happen again in my lifetime. Lots of couples are getting married today. (the husband will still forget the date)
121212 Hugs ((((((( CAPPERS ! )))))))@ SandfanWelcome Back and Happy Birthday!@Pawpawbearaww, love your grandpa name…thats so sweet…@Perky Kittylolllllllllll, they will forget, but we will love em anyway!@PColliwhen you are done, you will be so pleased with yourself! Wtg all you handymen! (Gweedo, Eldo, etc..) @Linquistshoot, I was picturing you in a collar, munching on yak rib bones…lol…@MikeyJGreat job! @BuggerlugsThank you for posting the Pogos!@Number 6Hope your hand is improving. Do you have a tennis ball to squeeze? It helps rehabilitate hands after an injury…just a thought…
Pet, you are only as old as you feel…so lets go find us a couple of 22 year olds…lol…runs away giggling and singing…tea for two and two for tea, a girl for you and a boy for me….
If she has a “Skin Horse” face, will she be as confusing to follow ?^^Actually, Gramma Capp was considered to be quite an attractive woman…especially by her Mother
Ceramic (wall) tiles. I didn’t know (or even think about) Baker’s real name until it was mentioned yesterday. His son, Kofi, performs with him now and again.
There could be one good concert in Music Heaven….Shankar, Hendrix, Moon, Barrett, Harrison, Lennon….many more..Patrick Moore could dedicate the music to the stars (the ones that shine).
Thank you for correcting me…Eric Burdon and The Animals is how I first knew him…right after The Rolling Stones and The Beatles….The Beatles being first….that was when I got interested in music…omg, I was so young, and so was rock and roll….so much for Jan and Dean and The Beach Boys…lol……to say nothing of Peter, Paul and Mary….such innocent times….we could ride our bikes til dark, and never worry….climb on fences and into yards we didnt know and not think about being somewhere we shouldnt be….but when the streetlights came on, home we went….scabs, scars from the days events and all…

I don’t tile that often but it’s a good idea for next time. It’d save a lot of breakage.

I still occasionally buy a pint of Newcastle Brown. We have English and Irish “pseudo” pubs that serve it. Very good but not like there !
