so 5 israeli deaths, no injurys as opposed to around 120 palistinian deaths and a little over 1200 sevearly injured, poor Israel, Kind of like if I get punched in bar I pull out a gun, shoot the guy then proceed to hunt down his family and once they are wiped off the earth I say how I’m the victem.
The issue is the Hamas continue rocket attacks and israel continues to emmiserial strikes. The reality is that both sides have to agree to cease fire, not just Hamas. The demands put forth are not for Israel to disarm but for Israel not to do pre-emmiserial strikes.
The Israelis have a religious world view that says God will protect them against their enemies. The Palestinians have a religious world view that they need to murder anyone who doesn’t believe in their religion. Both are committed, but the Israelis focus on defense while the Palestinians focus on attacks through terror. When the Palestinians do get up the gumption to try to wage war, they launch their rockets from residential neighborhoods and use human shields. The Palestinians then whine when Israel hits them back. I stand with Israel. If you want to back the terrorists, go ahead.

Even the Global Jihad terror network is a melding of politics and religion.-I believe the Jews truly desire real absense of war…because for 2,000 years everywhere on earth they have been, they have been the target of hate, abuse and persecution. They want to be able to live and be safe from Haters of Jews.

Having said that…..I have to wonder about the Palestinians. The British “won” that territory as spoils of World War II, and decided to divide it into a Jewish state, Israel, and a Palestinian state, Jordan. The Palestinians who didn’t want to move to Jordan stayed where they are.
To call them “refugees”, under these circumstances, does not make sense to me. And if I were a refugee, expecting concessions from the new government of that same land, I would have realized that, after 64 years of being a “refugee”, it’s time for me to stand on my own two feet, and realize that no one’s going to hand me anything. That time, if it ever existed, is long gone.
I think it’s safe to say that, if they were Americans in a similar predicament, their American allies would take care of them, and not just by supplying them with weapons. The allies would transport them to a safe place. Their Arab brethren control Egypt, Libya, most of Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Yemen….did I leave anyone out? Oh, Jordan, too.
This is the most absurd misrepresentation so far. It is ISRAEL that has the sophisticated and actually targetable weapons, AND nukes.
I don’t like Hamas, Hezbollah, Likud, or the evangelical U.S. “Christians” (who are the ULTIMATE ANTI-SEMITES, as under their faith, all Jews either accept Jesus and convert, or burn in Hell) always starting a new fight over a parcel of land not worth owning, actually. They don’t even have enough oil to run a decent gas station!!
Now if “conservatives” in the U.S. can get enough hatred boiled up against Iran, like Afghanistan and Iraq, to start another brutal war, now THERE is the chance for the oil companies to make a lot more profit!!

Since Hitler an’ his goons disarmed the nation before he began rounding up the Jews for genocide, there were very few Jews in a position to fight the Nazi oppression machinery. Those who could get their hands on weapons did fight back, but that lop-sided battle would have made David vs. Goliath seem fair an’ balanced by comparison.
