Egg draughts or egg checkers as it is sometimes known.
Two brave eggs from the carton in my fridge, sacrificed themselves for chocolate chip cookies this morning. They did not give themselves in vain.
In the cake I’m making tomorrow, six eggs will cease to exist. I have not consulted them, I will not ask their approval or forgiveness, They are unfertilised, therefore not sentient. I need eggs, they are eggs….they must comply.
Jump and be cracked. Colin’s not boiled, either.
