After two months in Bavaria, I didn’t like leaving. But I had a fun flight home: I sat next to and talked with an older German couple who knew little if any English. I got to play interpreter for them when they had to fill out those forms for non-U.S. citizens entering the country.On another note, I had gotten used to the different colors and sizes of the DMs. So when I exchanged my cash for Dollars, they looked pretty bland. I was surprised how folks over there went ‘nuts’ over my U.S. currency, and often offered higher than the exchange rate to get them.Oops. I guess I’m rambling.
