I suspect someone will lose more than his shirt once his cover is blown.(yesterday I heard on the BBC 4 radio station a BBC correspondent in America struggle to explain the meandering complexities of who did what to whom and what was discovered about who. Man, it was laboured and caused much mirth in the studio. Thanks for providing us across the pond some early morning amusement)
Do you really think O has so little to worry about that he should monitor two-bit “socialites” in Fla.? Or how the Secret Service spends their free time, for that matter?
Ima, you never cease to amaze me. Yesterday, you brought up Barney Frank in the context of filibusters (he’s in the House where there are NO filibusters). Today, you don’t seem to know the difference between the Secret Service and the FBI. I’m looking forward to the next “gem”.
Many years ago I worked with an organization that had contact with both the CIA and FBI. The best I could tell they were more interested in keeping one another out of the loop than they were in doing their jobs.
ONE flake in the FBI did something for his paramour, contacted Cantor, and should be fired and go to prison for his violation of the law. Cantor is the only one who should hang as far as “elected officials” or even military brass.
South African, actually. We use British spelling but sound like we’re dragging our speech through gravel and then flattening it (or is it ‘flettening’, hey?). Well, my accent is fairly neutral on account my having lived half my life elsewhere; but Walrus is essentially correct, I live in the U.K. For now.
Ja, nee, boet.@ahab: He was briefly mentioned again last month when he was sentenced to, wait for it, six months! That was insane. Silly bugger but doesn’t warrant a jail sentence! Hope he was able to appeal. Not sure they’d deport him though. Aussie, wasn’t he?

I don’t think FBI agents (Special Agents) are that fat.

Some over zealous, partisan agent told his GOP Congressman friend about an investigation about threatening email. Yeah, that’s what the FBI is for…
