Or you can do what I do they start off with telling me their names thats their fault I feel no pity on them for that I start by asking them about their days and their families and wheather or not their married or not and if their not I tell them they sound as though they would make great wives/husbands to some lucky someone they end up hanging up on me really fast and seldom if ever do I get called back for several weeks following that incident too. works everytime too and the added bonus is my wife and daughter cant hardly hold their laughter in either.

You could also use a whistle, like the kind referees use. Would be as effective, almost, as the air horn.
